Fractional AI Officer

Your AI strategy deserves a leader who has done it - not someone figuring it out on your dime.

Fractional AI Officer. Available to drive your AI roadmap, governance, vendor selection, and implementation - without the full-time overhead.

Why fractional makes sense right now

Most companies need senior AI leadership. Most can't justify the full-time cost, risk, or timeline.

What you get

Concrete deliverables, not advisory theater.

AI strategy and roadmap

Where to start, what to build, what to buy. A sequenced plan that maps to your actual business - not a generic AI framework.

Governance and risk framework

Guardrails, policy, compliance, and human review processes before something goes wrong. Not after.

Vendor evaluation and selection

Unbiased assessment. No vendor kickbacks. You get a recommendation that serves your needs, not a sales commission.

Team upskilling and change management

AI only works if your team can use it. Training, playbooks, and the change management to make adoption stick.

Implementation oversight

Bridging strategy and delivery. I can review code, challenge architectural decisions, and make sure what ships matches what was planned.

Board and executive communication

Translating AI for non-technical leaders. I can run board sessions, write executive briefs, and help leadership make informed decisions.

Industry experience

Vertical coverage from the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

What people say about the AI work

From direct reports and colleagues who worked alongside the AI strategy and execution.

His technical depth and thought leadership in Artificial Intelligence enables him to work with the technical talent on his teams in a capacity that is highly effective and impactful. I could not recommend Justin more highly as an incredible asset to any organization.

Lauren Tran

Chief Architect @ Microsoft, Office of the CTO

Reported directly to Justin

People work harder for Justin because of how he curates performance and career success. His leadership style is thoughtful, prescriptive, direct, and relatable to both buyers and employees to drive momentum, loyalty, and big results. I would work for him for the rest of my career if the privilege presented itself because he's earned it.

Tara DarConte

Built the Microsoft AI/ML ecosystem from scratch

Sr. Director of Partner Ecosystem for AI/ML and analytics. Led the team that designed and scaled the Microsoft AI partner motion. Named programs: AI Accelerate (partner enablement scaled across multiple countries and hundreds of partners), Data Science Partner Program (curriculum and maturity pathway across the US partner ecosystem), AI Country Plans (country-level AI adoption playbooks across multiple geographies), Cloud Center of Excellence (architecture reference patterns), Global Partner Index (the framework that measured whether any of it was working). Partners, solutions, and expertise grew 10-20x over four years.

Led 30+ AI enablement initiatives

At Microsoft, managed $1.5M in AI initiative funding and converted it into $25M+ in sustainable partner revenue.

Transformed Crayon US

As GM, pivoted a traditional licensing and cloud reseller into a full AI/ML/Analytics/M365 managed services provider.

Shipping production AI today - not theorizing about it

Snappy Agents is a live, multi-tenant AI agent platform built on a three-layer architecture: a Next.js application layer, Python worker services for agent execution, and a platform layer handling OAuth, Docker-based tenant isolation, and fleet operations. Human-in-the-loop approval boundaries are built into the architecture by design. This is what current AI Officer thinking actually looks like in practice.
