Hi, I'm Justin.

I'm a 46-year-old entrepreneur, builder, and lifelong tinkerer who's spent his career turning ideas into real things. Sometimes those things are companies. Sometimes they're products, systems, or communities. Occasionally they're a little weird. All of them start with curiosity and end with execution.

Over the years, I've built and operated multi-million-dollar businesses across technology, software, artificial intelligence, sales/marketing, and other products and services. I came up through software development, and that engineering mindset still shapes how I approach everything: understand the problem, design the system, build it to work in the real world, and keep improving it once it's live.

That same mindset has carried me beyond code. I've built sales teams, marketing engines, and operating structures. I've worked on acquisitions, new ventures, and turnaround situations. Today, I run two companies. One focuses on partnering with founders and CEOs to help them build better businesses. The other is focused on cutting through the noise around AI and applying it where it actually creates value. I also serve on boards across multiple industries, helping leadership teams think clearly and execute decisively.

I have a natural ability to put myself in the position of the customer and see the world the way they do, understanding not just what people say they want, but how they think, how they feel, where they hesitate, and what ultimately drives their decisions. I pay attention to emotion, context, and human behavior as much as logic or data, and that perspective often makes the difference between something that merely works and something people genuinely choose.

Outside of business, my wife and I run a private foundation, The Henriksen Family Giving Fund, focused on giving back in ways that are thoughtful, practical, and impactful. We believe success carries responsibility, and that strong communities are built when people invest in one another, not just financially, but with time, care, and attention.

At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: people should be encouraged to chase meaningful dreams, and those dreams should pull others forward with them. When skilled, curious people collaborate with trust and purpose, you don't just get profit or innovation. You get progress that compounds.

That's the through-line in my life. Build things that matter. Learn constantly. Share success. And leave whatever you touch better than you found it.
