I’m Justin Henriksen, an entrepreneurial-minded leader with a proven track record in technology, sales, and organizational transformation.
I’ve lived just north of Salt Lake City, Utah almost my entire life, except for the 8 or so years I lived in Redmond, Washington during my stint with Microsoft.
I am passionate about my personal hobbies and interests, which include golf, fly fishing, scuba diving, surfing, camping, hunting, and traveling. These activities offer me a profound sense of connection with nature and an invaluable opportunity to unwind and recharge. Spending quality time with my wife and our four children is paramount, as it instills a strong sense of family unity and creates lasting memories.
My professional career started with my passion for software development. I spent the first 10+ years developing desktop and online software applications. During that time, I recognized that I also had a passion for business, so I decided to get an M.B.A.
My expertise and experience in both technology and business has led to opportunities that span nearly all aspects of business – engineering, sales & marketing, operations, finance, and business development. These skills have propelled me to accomplish remarkable feats.
As a transformational executive, I’ve been recognized for driving significant business and revenue growth, devising innovative business strategies, strengthening partnerships, fostering organizational collaboration, and developing visionary products and services.
For the last few years, I’ve been the CEO of a couple of companies, a large systems integrator, Crayon, which focuses on Microsoft technologies as well as Blue Eye, a tech-enabled service company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
In addition to my roles as CEO, I started my business consulting and investment company, Fenix Venture. I am actively seeking to expand my portfolio through consultation and by acquiring profitable, well-run businesses, investing in short-term and multi-family real estate, and exploring other lucrative investment opportunities. My entrepreneurial spirit drives me to continuously seek out new ventures that promise growth and innovation.
